Flag of Quito
The flag of the city of Quito and of the canton Quito defines on 17 May 1944 in the Municipal Council, and afterwards would confirm it to him in the article 1 of the municipal law known like ''Ordenanza Municipal N° 1634'', approved in 1974, when Sixto Durán Ballén, went mayor of Remove.
